On the evening of August 22nd, the 18th Yunnan New Drama (Festival) Exhibition, sponsored by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and titled “Forging Ahead in a New Era, Writing a New Chapter of Cultural Prosperity,” grandly opened at the Yunnan Grand Theater.
This year’s exhibition featured 24 plays and 40 programs, encompassing 11 art forms, including Peking Opera, Yunnan Opera, drama, dance drama, and symphony. The exhibition included short plays, sketches, music, dance, and acrobatics, making it the largest and most comprehensive exhibition in recent years.
The exhibition will run until September 2nd, with 27 performances held at seven major theaters, including the Yunnan Grand Theater and the Kunming Theater. The exhibition will also organize performances at scenic spots, urban complexes, and transportation hubs for public benefit, and expand its reach through live webcasts. The exhibition will offer awards for outstanding plays, outstanding programs, and individual events, and will invite expert commentary and guidance, providing a learning and exchange platform for participating performances.
This show used 32 Beyond Lighting 2460Z, which industry professionals highly recognized! They were specifically used for stage lighting and large backlighting! Only 8 backlights were needed to cover the entire stage!
