Are you a real factroy or trade company?

We are a real stage lighting factory located in Baiyun Distract of China, own over 10 years stage lighting R&D experiences.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

 mostly products MOQ is 1 piece, as we understand customers may like to try sample firstly in sometimes.

What is your products average lead time?

Mostly of our hot selling model we usually keep in stock so can do fast delivery. So if sample or small mount order mostly time are stock available. Official order ready time is around 15-25 days accordign to your order quantities.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

TT bank transfer, Western Union, Paysend. Small order need 100% deposit before products, mass order 30%-50% deposit before production and full balance before shipping.

What is the product warranty?

 2 years warranty. During warranty if lights happen any problems we will check with you and clear the problems then send freely replace parts asap.If warranty is run out, we will give technical guidance and send spare parts which in charge.

Can I put my Logo on the lights?

yes, it depends on the order quantities, we can talk the details then

Can I place sample order ?

Yes, We accept sample order

What about the packing conditions of your products?

Standard package is export carton ( use EPE packed well the lights) and 5 layer cardboard carton

Flight case are optional and acceptable customized

How many days usually take on shipping?

It depends on the shipping way, by express door to door service usually takes 3-7 work days; By air usually take 5-7 days; By sea depends on the area and distance, except Asia, usually takes around 25-40 days.
